Did pssd happen gradually or rapidly for you

My pssd happened over night. One morning I woke up and my genitals were completely numb, ice cold and anesthetized feeling.

It was about 2 weeks after cold turkey off 5htp I took for over 2 years.

Did yours come on gradually or did it happen very fast?

Mine was gradual; it took about a year to progress from minor to major problem.

Pretty much identical for me with lexapro. I had been on it a year at a very low dose.
After about 2 weeks of withdrawal, my entire world changed, overnight. This January, 2017 is 10 years since it happened.

I didnt know I had PSSD until I came off of effexor. When I was on it I still had a high sex drive but extreme erectile dysfunction. I remember at one time being extremely horny laying in bed trying for about half hour to get an erection with no luck. At that moment I decide to come off because I wanted to have normal erections. I weaned myself within in 2 weeks and I had a small window where everything was back to normal. Then overnight almost like someone flipped a switch PSSD.

Except for delayed ejaculation, yes.
And personally I didn't mind the delay at all.
I would say I was hypersexual before pssd struck so the change has taken a decade to start to accept.
