Re: Improvement and suggestions.
I have been thinkng about trying either Buspirone or Bupropion (wellbutrin) to help me with my case, which is very similar to yours (1,5 year of Lexapro 10~15~10mg). What substance did help you more with pleasure and orgasm? You should ask this to a doctor for a customized treatment. Do you feel so...

Eating just ribeyes from walmart, its 290 calories with 200 of those calories from fat. Thats a 69% fat diet with 31% protein. For most of carnivore I wasn't just eating ribeye though, I only tried that for a month. Most of the time it was cheesy bacon omelette with sour cream and 80/20 beef pattie...

Please note keto diet is low carb. Usually 20 grams a day or less. Yes, keto diet requires low carb intakes. So yes the carnivore diet is considered keto. No, low carb intakes is not enough to achieve ketosis. Too much proteins will prevent ketosis. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ketogenic_diet...

Please note that carnivore diet is not keto (way too much proteins for ketosis. And you need lots of supplements to avoid getting sick from a carnivore diet.

Re: Those who have a job
How do you manage sleep. I can barely make 2-3 hours for sleep in most days and it makes me feel terrible. Anything reliably work for sleeping. I tried melatonin but it doesn’t work for me. Melatonin is a weak aid for sleep. You obviously need to sleep more, talk to a doctor, there are plenty of dr...

Re: Psychotherapy
I would say trying a psychotherapy is a good way because:
1) it's harmless
2) it should improve symptoms if they are psychological (Symptoms of PSSD can be explained by psychological factors. No one can know for sure if they are or not for oneself)
3) you can benefit from it for other issues

Re: Buspirone (first time)
There's was a poster here that didn't know what was an orgasm for almost a decade, following SSRI discontinuation, and it was restored taking this medication, 3x a day and increasing dosage until response. Exactly like me. I had my only « normal » (i.e. feeling pleasure like before) sexual experien...

Re: I need help for my girlfriend
First, PSSD is very unlikely, even with SSRIs. So don't be afraid due to your own experience. Regarding your questions, you could check here: https://pssdforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=4194 But in my humble opinion this post mixes good data and nocebo crashes. Anyway, I would advise to ask for m...
