So i'm less than 2 years.. My libido is back. Erections are strong and normal. Porn induces strong erections.. Orgasm has increased.. But i'm still lacking some pleasure and emotional stuff. But its getting better whatever it is. Its like my brain is refragmenting over time. Things are getting better but so slowly that it takes months to realize it. My sleep has improved significantly along with my attitude and my mood. Stress is all but gone. I dont stress like i did in the earlier days of pssd. Sometimes i hit a sweet spot mentally and i almost feel drunk. My body feels like its waking up and my brain stimulates some sort of emotional response. Music is starting to sound soothing again.. But only when i'm in that sweet spot where i havent jacked in two days.. Im consistently working out and i have no stress ..

Why the fk would i be here if i wasnt on an anti depressant? Be grateful i'm even here sharing good news with you. This website haunts my dreams it reminds me of the worst time of my life and ill do my best avoiding it from here on out

You have mentioned on other occasions your belief that it was directly tied to benzos. Hence why I question if your recovery is typical of someone whose issues are strictly SSRI induced, thus your posts about recovery could be misleading others. Regardless of what the cause of your symptoms, I am happy for you that they are improving.
